Tonight's dinner is spaghetti. It's a whole wheat blend spaghetti and Prego sauce and ground meat. Going to try to keep portions the right size for everyone (there are only four of us) and hopefully my brother and dad don't complain about how little they got. And we all get desert after too, when we go to my grandma's. I think that's more than enough, especially when my 'rents are going to have h'ordeuvres at their small group on top of dinner and desert afterward.
Breakfast was: two pieces of honey wheat berry bread with peanut butter and a glass of water
Lunch was: a cup of soup, four mini crescents, a fiber plus bar and water.
This is pretty easy. I think I can keep this up and take care of myself. =] This is pretty easy.

My fitness log
So this is where I will keep track of all of the things that I do during the week to be a healthy little person lol =]. For example, I will record how many times a week/day/whatever amount I get on that I work out and might also put down what I am eating and what I should be eating. Not sure how I will do this yet, but I'm looking forward to it!
So my current stats...Not too sure if I want to put everything up yet but some of it is important. I am 5'0" and weigh more than 150. My goal for the next couple of years is to get down to around 120-130 but I think that a realistic goal for the next year with diet and exercise is 150. (voice in my head -->) *sounds good to me*
I believe that will be all for today. I already posted my progress on my other blog but from now on this will be my primary fitness blog. No tips or ideas here but when I'm there maybe!
